SADH provides Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Family Planning (FP) services to its clients through satellite clinics in both rural and urban areas. Under this initiative, SADH distributes contraceptives and Vitamin A capsules, while also offering antenatal care, postnatal care, and immunizations. Additionally, SADH provides general medical treatment to clients and their family members through its clinics and branch offices.
